Inventus Mining 2024: A Year in Review

As the year winds down, we’re taking a moment to discuss our accomplishments for 2024. During the year, we laid the groundwork for exciting developments, including the launch of a 80-hole Phase 1 Drill Program at our Pardo Gold Project. This has set the stage for an impactful 2025—and it wouldn’t have been possible without our supporters, even during challenging market conditions. Let’s look back at the key milestones of 2024.

Key Milestones

Pardo Gold Project: Phase 1 Drill Program

One of our most significant milestones this year was the launch of the Phase 1 Drill Program at the Pardo Gold Project. Since late November, our team has been hard at work executing an 80-hole drill program targeting shallow gold mineralization in paleoplacer reefs. Early signs suggest promising results that align with Inventus’ goal of generating data to support a future mineral resource. The Phase 1 program is targeting the gold mineralization at surface to a depth of 15 metres, where low-cost open cut surfacing mining could potentially be used.

Ontario Junior Exploration Program (OJEP) Funding

In a major win for our exploration efforts, Inventus was accepted into the Ontario Junior Exploration Program (OJEP). This initiative, led by the Ontario Ministry of Mines, provides funding grants to support exploration projects across the province. Under the program, we secured funding for 50% of exploration expenditures, for a total grant up to $200,000, for the Pardo Gold Project. This grant represents not just financial support but also a vote of confidence in the project’s potential.

Strategic Investment: McEwen Mining

In another pivotal moment, Inventus completed a Private Placement Financing with participation from McEwen Mining. The non-brokered private placement saw the issuance of 15,000,000 units of the company at $0.04 per unit, raising total gross proceeds of $600,000. This investment strengthens our financial position and underscores the confidence investors have in our vision.

Early Optimism

Our initial core visuals have sparked excitement about Pardo’s future. These initial visuals from the phase 1 drilling suggest that Pardo’s shallow gold mineralization hold immense promise, further validating its status as a project to watch in Ontario’s exploration and mining landscape.

A Heartfelt Thank You

As we flow into the new year, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to our investors and community. Your trust and collaboration fuel our drive to innovate and explore. Looking ahead, we’re eager to share early results from our exploration efforts, which we believe will generate even greater momentum and investment.

Thank you for being an integral part of our journey.

Cheers to a bright 2025 ahead!

Warm regards,

The Inventus Team
